- Don’t you find the right proposal ? Do you wish a customized proposal according to your exigences? Send your request directly from Sciremundiyachtcharter home page.
- Do you need explanations ? You can contact us or call us by phone.
As soon as your request arrives, ScireMundi will send you an offer directly to your email adress, we can dialogue by mail of phone trying to accord the best proposal together.
Once we define the best solution, you will receive to your email the final offer, with a link for making online booking.
You will receive the voucher (including Terms and Conditions of online booking and other services) for your sailing holiday, conditioned to the payment, that will be possible to make within the established terms, by bank transfer or PayPal (Credit Card).
The charter booking is confirmed only after an advance payment of 50% of the charter. The second installment is due 4 weeks before charter commencement.
After completing the online booking process, you will get a set of documents on the provided e-mail address, which contains:

- Invoice

Note:
The standardized charter contract varying on one hand on the type of vessel you wish to charter, and on the other hand on the charter location. For example, a crewed luxury charter yacht in the Caribbean has a different standard contract compared to a bareboat yacht charter contract in Mediterrean Sea.
For luxury charter yachts a standard MYBA contract latest version is used to define obligations and commitments between Customer and Charteree countersigned by the owner of a super yacht, whereby for yachts under 20m usually a standardized contract of the according yacht brokers association of the charter destination country is used.
For crewed luxury yacht charter a list is sent to the Customer in order to inform the crew about your food and beverages preferences.
